1. Seller and agreement
hiSpoke is sold by VIMESO.marketing, CVR 35124225, Merkurvej 2, 4200 Slagelse, Denmark. Contact: support@hispoke.com. The app is sold as a lifetime licence (one-time purchase). Purchasing enters you into this agreement with us.
2. Delivery, right of withdrawal & satisfaction guarantee
The app is delivered immediately as a download, along with a license key sent to your email. By completing the purchase you consent to immediate delivery of the digital product, waiving your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Independently of that, we voluntarily give you a 14-day satisfaction guarantee: email support@hispoke.com within 14 days of your purchase and we refund the full amount without asking why. In return the licence key is closed once the refund is made - the app checks daily against a public list of closed keys that contains random key ids only, never e-mail addresses.
3. Pricing & VAT
The price is 599.00 DKK including 25% Danish VAT, which is 479.20 DKK excluding VAT. If you buy from outside Denmark, the price may be shown in US dollars (79.00 USD). VAT is worked out at checkout from your country: buyers in the EU pay Danish VAT, and buyers outside the EU pay no Danish VAT. Businesses can enter a VAT number at checkout; businesses in the EU outside Denmark are charged without VAT under the reverse-charge rules. You receive a receipt and an invoice with VAT itemised by email immediately after purchase.
4. The licence
The licence is personal and may be used on up to 2 of your own Macs. That is a licence term, not a technical lock - we ask you to respect it. You may not resell, rent out or share the licence key. The key contains your email address and should be treated as personal.
5. Requirements and operation
hiSpoke requires a Mac with Apple Silicon running macOS 13 or later, plus your own OpenAI API account. Transcription is performed by OpenAI through your own key, and your usage is billed directly by OpenAI. We cannot guarantee OpenAI’s availability or pricing.
6. Your responsibility as a business user
If you use hiSpoke in your business and dictate information about other people - customers, patients, clients or employees - you are the data controller for that information. Your speech is sent directly to OpenAI with your own API key, so it is your agreement with OpenAI that governs the processing. We never receive the content and are not a processor for it. You must therefore make sure you have the necessary basis with OpenAI, including a data processing agreement, before dictating personal data about others. If you handle sensitive data such as health information, check with your own adviser first. The text is also stored locally in your history on your Mac until you delete it.
7. Liability
hiSpoke is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of business or lost data arising from use of the app. Our total liability cannot exceed the amount you paid for the license.
