1. The agreement
hiSpoke is sold as a lifetime license (one-time purchase). Purchasing enters you into this agreement with us.
2. Delivery & right of withdrawal
The app is delivered immediately as a download, along with a license key sent to your email. By completing the purchase you consent to immediate delivery of the digital product, waiving your 14-day right of withdrawal.
3. Pricing & VAT
All prices are in Danish kroner and include 25% Danish VAT. Sales are made to buyers in Denmark. You receive a receipt by email immediately after purchase.
4. The license
The license is personal and covers up to 2 of your own Macs. You may not resell, rent out or share the license key.
5. Requirements and operation
hiSpoke requires a Mac with Apple Silicon running macOS 13 or later, plus your own OpenAI API account. Transcription is performed by OpenAI through your own key, and your usage is billed directly by OpenAI. We cannot guarantee OpenAI’s availability or pricing.
6. Liability
hiSpoke is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of business or lost data arising from use of the app. Our total liability cannot exceed the amount you paid for the license.
